Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns of unopened items in their original, sealed packaging within 14 days of delivery. Products must be unused, in the same condition in which they were received, and in the original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on perishable goods such as edibles, live resin, or any item that has been opened or used. These items are considered final sale and are not eligible for refund or exchange.
Return Process

Our team will review your request and provide further instructions, including the return shipping address if your return is approved.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged item received). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of shipment.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days. Exchanges
